March 5, 2024 | Monsters We Should Know: Victoria Nuland

Dig into any of the US Empire’s recent crimes you’ll find a bunch of familiar monsters. Dick Chaney composed the lies that sold the invasion of Iraq (WMDs!!), engineered the actual war, and then oversaw the “rebuilding” that enriched his business partners.

John Bolton pops up in pretty in every administration of the past four decades, always agitating for the invasion of Iran and (failing that) much of the rest of the world.

And lurking in the background of these and dozens of other deep-state atrocities is the subject of this post, Victoria Nuland. She’s never met a brown person she doesn’t want to torture or an independent government she doesn’t want to overthrow. If Satan exists, she’s his Western Hemisphere bureau chief.

Today she retired from her post as Biden’s Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.

Of course, “retirement” in this case probably means replacing Klaus Schwab at the World Economic Forum or running a black op false flag to steal the coming election. But at least she’s out of the State Department.

Here’s Glenn Greenwald (who seems to be as honorable as Nuland is evil) giving her the eulogy she deserves.
