I understand, and I believe, your technology works well and meets a need in society. What is unclear to me is the business model you are developing. Do you plan to sell/license the technology to battery companies? Possibly are you wanting to partner with a company who could market the end product. This suggests that AMY will need to operate the facility. Are there other marketing models you are considering. Look for your thoughts.
