I have a question for Bob. The utilities sector has had a great run in 2019 and a spectacular run-up in January 2020. In fact, taking into consideration the often cited January Effect, the utilities sector, along with gold, TLT, the DXY dollar index, and the Swiss franc appear to be nearly the only sectors that were positive for the month of January and also the first five trading days of January. Is the utilities sector overbought and ready for a correction or will it have another great year and be immune to an eventual bear market correction? It is also interesting that gold was way up in January while the GDX was down and the silver continuous contract was flat.
