Listened to your podcast on Howestreet about the Repo crisis. If you want to understand what’s going on read the links below. The Repo crisis is a European problem and not a US problem. The reason you don’t see this on the Fed balance sheet is the lending is overnight ONLY. As explained in the links below the real chaos may not be seen til year end when the banks try to shrink their balance sheet.
