I have two questions for Ross:
    1) David Rosenberg was saying this week on BNN that prime rate both in Canada and in US is going to go down to zero or negative by the end of this year. If this indeed happens and rates stay so low for the next couple of years will it inflate real estate prices in GTA again or the correction will continue?
    2) At the moment the prices for detached homes and townhomes are unreasonably close to each other in GTA. Does this mean that the correction for detached segment is over?
