Our world of economics and money is living in a space that few comprehend. Are you aware that all our finances, stocks, bonds, buying, selling, trading, borrowing, lending, and saving is now living in ‘cyber-space’. What is cyberspace? Let’s define this concept of our consciousness. It’s the most important concept for investors to comprehend!

CYBERSPACE: An Imaginary, intangible, virtual-reality realm where (in general) computer-communications and simulations and (in particular) internet activity takes place. Today, at the clubhouse we talked about our cyber markets and why these markets go UP and DOWN with no change in real economic activity. Mr. Powell may say a ‘word’ about keeping interest rates down and then the market goes bonkers on the UP side. Later Mr. Trump may say a negative ‘word’ and our markets go DOWN in seconds. All this happens in this new space called CYBER-SPACE.

Computers are now connected in various networks and this connection creates this space called ‘cyberspace’. Our global internet operates in cyberspace. All our banks create money and these money units circulate in cyberspace. Isn’t it important to understand this concept called ‘cyberspace’?

Notice the definition above and the words ‘imaginary, intangible, virtual reality realm’. I am now transacting all my buying, selling, trading, investing, and saving in this new space. I flash my smart phone over an electronic reader and my money transaction is completed in seconds. Photons of light fly from my smart phone to another computer receiver so that the transaction can be completed.

On Friday, our Dow Index jumped UP some 743 points after crashing DOWN the prior day by some 660 points. The index can go UP and DOWN all day long. What is happening? Is our economy growing or declining? Are we gaining new wealth for our society or are we merely playing cyber games with our computers?

We all need to understand this NEW REALM of reality which started mostly after the 2008 financial crisis. Cyber money called QE was created in the trillions to liquefy all our electronic markets. Some 15 to 17 trillion of money units were created by our Central Banks to liquefy our cyber markets. Traders used these funds and caused bubbles in all our electronic markets. It all started in 2008 with cyber money flowing in cyberspace.

Virtual reality has replaced observed reality within finance. Cash is now a cyber digit flowing in cyberspace. Money is now intangible and virtual. Money is now part of our consciousness and our extended consciousness. Note the words from above: The electronic equivalent of human psyche (the ‘mindspace’ where thinking and dreaming occur), cyberspace is the domain whereobjects are neither physical nor representations of the physical world.

The above description is mind-blowing. All our markets are now within the human mind. Physical money is vanishing all around our planet and cyber money is emerging everywhere. Humans now operate some 5.4 billion smart phones which buy, sell, trade our markets. All is done in this inner space called ‘cyberspace’. Isn’t is time to understand what is happening all around our planet?

The new words for 2019 are: cyber money, cyber flow, cyber stocks, cyber bonds, cyber mediums of exchange, and cyber manipulation. Computers and select policy-makers control this cyber market system.
