Ross says condo prices will see declines shortly, if I remember rightly and to wait till next yr to buy. According to Auzzie Durock real estate will only get more expensive because of government taxes costing developers more and more to build. What to believe?? If new builds become more expensive so will the older homes and condos. How can two people who follow real estate trends be so different in what they believe. Maybe Ross has a better understanding in how the real estate market functions in which case if homes and particularly condos are going to decline in price developers will have to cut corners to make a profit or break even??
