February 23, 2018 | Cobalt Market Gets Hotter – Financing To Close Next Week

Larry Reaugh, President and CEO. American Manganese developed the RecycLiCo™ patented process to offer a closed-loop and environmentally friendly solution for the recycling of cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. The recycling process provides high extraction and purity of cathode metals, such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, and aluminum. The RecycLiCo™ process was designed with the goal to produce recycled battery products that could be seamlessly and directly integrated into the re-manufacturing of battery cathodes using minimal processing steps.

Congratulations Larry, it´s an important step to be standing on a platform which is rocketing a demand for cobalt, thus more dependance on recycling. American Manganese must stay at the leading edge of the hydrometallurgical process to extract lithium salts and cobalt. Battery manufacturers will soon realize that their supply chain would be better being recyclers than just makers of battery packs. To me, American Manganese could be leading towards becoming the recipient of more financing that takes the company to actually make batteries, and that connects with cell phone manufacturing companies like SAMSUNG, or computers like APPLE. Once you have the handle of the energy resource, the rest follows, it´s a law in nature, so keep on researching and keep on perfecting the art of making batteries, because others have done it and succeed, so why not AMY? My suggestion is to give German investors more resources about the company because the country is a world powerhouse in electromechanics. Consider a strategy that finances research grants for students in universities in North American and Europe to find artifacts that run with recycled metals.
