You have made mention of a pressing need to take a liquid or cash position to be less exposed to bubble pop in market and then be able to take advantage when all things bottom out.
I’m half way through 5 year mortgage and I want to think that all will hold for 2.5 more years because as you would say Trump has added 2 trillion of debt and are going to stir to be re elected; which means I can hold and bail out then.
