    I have a lot of time for Ross but he’s way off the mark here. Obviously he doesn’t like this decision but you cannot tell someones net worth by knowing house purchase prices. You have no visibility into if they paid cash or how big their down payment is which would be critical information. If they borrowed 100% of the house price their net worth is zero vs someone who paid cash would be worth $1M. You would have no way to know either way so cannot determine net worth. Net worth is assets less liabilities. I’ll give Ross a pass on totally missing this one as he normally knows what he’s talking about.
