According to a Vancouver realtor Steve Saretsky, Vancouver condo prices are increasing by “2% on average each month”? I know he’s a realtor but could this be true and if so how long is this likely to last?? Thanks. A.
Why even care? Are you flipping condos? Micro managinging is a waist of time. Ive got millions in RE. Certainty not in Van. Courtenay and coastal stable growing areas…Commercial as well with 5 yr leases..Steer clear of speculative bubbles.
