    Thanks for asking Ross on the condominium sector of our markets here in Vancouver. It sure is confusing with the mass media telling us how the condos are flying off the shelf, giving us the false impression that prices are significantly going up..

      I wish it were true that condo prices are not going up but on MLS in the New West area listing prices have shot up from last yr with less and less listings showing?? I wonder what Ross would say about that. Ross mostly seems to talk about houses but less and less people can afford houses. We wish Ross would have more to say about the condo market.
