    Ross Kay says “it’s a myth that lower end condo prices are still rising” but does he really know what’s happening in the condo market in the lower mainland?? In the New West area condos have risen thousands since last yr. There is hardly anything now for under 200 thousand compared to last yr. Condos that I considered looking at last yr are now listed for 40/50 or more thousands of dollars. We’d like to hear what Ross has to say re this situation.
