    Hi Ross,
Do you see GTA RE market to cool off like Vancouver any time soon? if someone needs to buy primary residence within 1 -12 months, do you see any hope in waiting for another year? I am paying $2500 rent and I can still get in to semi for $3000 mortgage. I just dont want to have to deal with over biding and aggressive auctions that agents are cooking up these days. Really appreciate your advice.

Jim can you ask Ross where he sees the lower mainland condos going, price wise, over the next few months? I’m thinking of the lower end which seems to have shot up in price this year from looking on MLS. Always listen to Ross on your show and have been waiting to buy a condo based on what Ross has to say. Many thanks.
