March 2nd between 1 and 2 pm just heard a guess speaker on CKNW with Simi Sara saying only homes over 2 mil are dropping in price? I have listened to Ross Kay on your program and I don’t recall Ross specifying exactly that. When Ross mentions that BC real estate will have lost 340 billion in home equity by election time, does that number include all homes or just the more expensive? What about homes at the lower end which of course would be condos? According the the speaker on CKNW homes under 1 mil are still doing well??? I didn’t get who the speaker was…probably a realtor…..
    Thanks. Love your program.
