    Enjoyed listening to your guest speaker again tonight. I know Ross said in the recent past that one is getting a better condo than one did last yr in the Vancouver area meaning more sq footage for the same price which sounds like a decline in price. However, I’d like if he could specify a percentage decline in condos as he does for houses. Houses dropped 19.7%. How much have condos dropped? Thank you. Collette

    Anyone that is actually in the market for a condo knows you certainly are not getting more condo for your $ today. Utter nonsense.
