October 9, 2016 | UPDATE: Upcycling and Recycling Lithium Ion Batteries

American Manganese Inc.

Larry Reaugh, President and CEO. American Manganese developed the RecycLiCo™ patented process to offer a closed-loop and environmentally friendly solution for the recycling of cathode materials used in lithium-ion batteries. The recycling process provides high extraction and purity of cathode metals, such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, and aluminum. The RecycLiCo™ process was designed with the goal to produce recycled battery products that could be seamlessly and directly integrated into the re-manufacturing of battery cathodes using minimal processing steps.

Was wondering if you had an ETA as to when the recycled lithium and cobalt would be accessible to end users. This seems to me to be an excellent opportunity to reuse the spent lithium Batteries. With ranges in the 300-400 mile range I believe there is a lot of analysts being very conservative on the future lithium and cobalt. With that type of range and a good charging infrastructure big oil we see their market share being severely reduced. If there is anything I could do to help the process along I would be truly grateful to be a part of this clean energy revolution. Is there an ETA as to when the recycled lithium and cobalt be available to the market? It’s been extremely exciting and I’m sure all working on this project very hard to make it a reality deserves a pat on the back. As the the battery storage gets ramped up there will be a great amount of batteries that American Magnanese can recycle. It’s going to be another step forward to bringing lower cost cobalt and lithium to the market. I try to keep up with all PR and I’m looking for another from you guys fairly soon as to where the project is at in completion. Great job guys!!! You have an amazing thing going. Keep up the good work! Look forward to hearing more. I also write for seeking Alpha. Would like to put in a well deatailed article as to how far the company has come in this process. Thanks for your help and look forward to more great news in this area.
