Poor Tim Woods has been predicting the stock markets to crash as long as poor Garth Turner has been predicting the real estate markets to crash.
Time for them both to face it that unlimited money printing has been successful in keeping both markets robust and their predictions equally bad.
Garth now asks you to sell your house and stay the course in the stock markets.

Looks like unprecedented debt will keep everything afloat indefinitely.

I have followed Tim for close to 5 years. I have been frustrated by his equity call, but you have to learn to understand his work or method which takes some time and study. He has amazed me with his gold and oil calls. His work is not based on opinion which is worthless but as he says statistics. I will subscribe to his letter for life. It does take time to grasp though.
