When I study the history of America from our founding in 1776 up until today, I sense that America has evolved from a philosophy of individual ‘self’ government and ‘freedom’ to a philosophy of ‘freedom’ for the elites who RULE the system and enslavement for the ‘many’. The focus of ‘freedom’ is now a form of ‘political correctness’…which is imposed (by elites) upon the ‘individual’ so as to continue the RULE of the elites. This is why the ‘individual’ is becoming ‘enslaved’ to a SYSTEM which has become ‘corrupt’ and mostly ‘evil’. Let’s review how America started and why our founders viewed America as ‘The Solution’ at the beginning of our journey. We can then understand why our current situation (debt, war, terrorism) is leading to ‘enslavement’ for the many at the expense of the elite RULERS.

This image started out as our core philosophy called The Empire of Liberty and later our Manifest Destiny! America started out as The Solution for the planet!

Thomas Jefferson outlined a philosophy for Americans at the beginning which can be described as the Empire of Liberty. This philosophy was based upon his view of reality at that time (along with countless supporters). The Empire of Liberty was based upon each ‘individual’ living life as ‘self’ governing persons under a ‘limited’ and ‘subservient’ State. Jefferson envisioned this situation as growing over time and expanding to the World community. For Jefferson individual ‘liberty’ was at the core of his reality and he concluded that ‘everyone’ is endowed by The Creator as having this ‘right’ called ‘liberty’ (including pursuing ones ‘life’ and ones ‘happiness’ as an ‘individual’). Let’s think about the core philosophy of our founding Fathers (especially Thomas Jefferson who wrote the Declaration of Independence). Why did America view ‘herself’ as The Solution for these past 242 years?

This is a corrupted image as it promotes a ‘MEANS’ based upon the philosophy of Might makes Right! This has become America’s PROBLEM!

Jefferson used this phrase “Empire of Liberty” in 1780, while the American revolution was still being fought. His goal was an empire dedicated to liberty which could stop the growth of the British Empire, which he hated and feared. Even in his later years, Jefferson saw no limit to the ‘expansion’ of this Empire, writing “where this progress will stop no-one can say. Barbarism has, in the meantime, been receding before the steady step of amelioration; and will in time, I trust, disappear from the earth”.[8]Jefferson envisaged this “Empire of Liberty” extending Westwards over the American continent, expansion into which he saw as crucial to the American future. The core philosophy of Jefferson and most of our ‘founders’ was ‘liberty’ and/or ‘freedom’ for each ‘individual’. The purpose of government was to promote this philosophy globally!

The Empire of Liberty is a theme developed first by Thomas Jefferson to identify the responsibility of the United States to spread freedom across the world. Jefferson saw the mission of the U.S. in terms of setting an example by ‘her’ behavior. Major exponents of the theme have been Abraham Lincoln (in the Gettysburg Address), Theodore Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Ronald Reagan, and many others.[1]In the History of U.S. foreign policy the Empire of Liberty has provided motivation to fight the Spanish–American War (1898),[2] World War I (1917),[3] World War II (1941-45), the Cold War (1947–91) and the War on Terror (2001–present).[4]

The other theme of America has been this concept called ‘Manifest Destiny’. Historian William E. Weeks has noted that three key themes were usually touched upon by advocates of manifest destiny:

  • the virtue (the rightness) of the American people and their institutions;
  • the mission or goal (given by Providence) to spread these institutions, thereby redeeming and remaking the world in the image of the United States [24]

The origin of the first theme, later known as American Exceptionalism, was often traced to America’s Puritan heritage, particularly John Winthrop‘s famous “City upon a Hill” sermon of 1630, in which he called for the establishment of a virtuous community that would be a shining example to the Old World.[25]

In his influential 1776 pamphlet Common Sense, Thomas Paine echoed this notion, arguing that the American Revolution provided an opportunity to create a new, better society: “We have it in our power to begin the world over again. A situation, similar to the present, hath not happened since the days of Noah until now. The birthday of a new world is at hand.” Many Americans agreed with Paine, and came to believe that the United States’ virtue was a result of its special experiment in freedom and democracy. Thomas Jefferson, in a letter to James Monroe, wrote, “it is impossible not to look forward to distant times when our rapid multiplication will expand itself beyond those limits.”

Yes, America has viewed ‘herself’ as having a mission and a goal to shape and conquer the World system. All this started out as being good and virtuous. The problem is that this ‘mission/goal’ called the Manifest Destiny has been corrupted via a ‘MEANS’ which uses the philosophy of MIGHT makes RIGHT. The problem is the ‘MEANS’ which America has used to pursue its Destiny. Our founding Fathers (including Washington) warned America about expansionism via a war mentality. But later John Quincy Adams stated: “The whole continent of North America appears to be destined by Divine Providence to be peopled by one nation, speaking one language, professing one general system of religious and political principles, and accustomed to one general tenor of social usages and customs.” This philosophy is what we now need to rethink!

In the 1896 election the Republicans recaptured the White House and held on to it for the next 16 years. During that time, manifest destiny was cited to promote overseas expansion. Whether or not this version of manifest destiny was consistent with the continental expansionism of the 1840s was debated at the time, and long afterwards.[71]   The mindset of expanding and conquering the World has been assumed by most of our elite leaders and all this is based primarily upon the idea that America is Destined by Providence to share their ‘values’ and the ‘democratic’ system with the World. Might makes Right has been the mode for realizing this Destiny (mostly since 1945 and after). I now understand our PROBLEM and why America is hated all over the planet! We need to rethink (repent) from our MEANS!

America must now recognize its prior history and change its behavior and thinking. This could be difficult but it is essential if our planet is to survive. The philosophy of Might makes Right (via bombs, drones, missiles, and guns) can not lead to a meaningful Destiny for us or our planet. America must now ‘repent’ (change its thinking) and recognize that ‘she’ is the PROBLEM and not the Solution. To realize the dream of Jefferson and our founding Fathers, America must ‘repent’ and change its THINKING. If this is not done, all of mankind could be destroyed via the MEANS called Might makes Right (bombs, missiles, a nuclear EMP, or similar). Our elites are barking up the wrong philosophical trail (today) and ‘America’s’ Destiny is now destruction via the MEANS being practiced! We will receive the reward that we ‘sow’!

Yes, America is NOW the PROBLEM and not the solution. Trying to create a New World Order via its current MEANS leads to destruction of all life on this planet (eventually). The MEANS is the key to the END! America is following a philosophy of The End justifies the Means (unaware of where this leads)! This is ass backwards and leads to destruction, war, and killing. Human Nature is at the core of reality! Human Nature (and America) must now change and this means that America, and all the people on this planet, need to change (repent) and think differently going forward. A negative MEANS creates a negative end RESULT. The philosophy of MIGHT makes RIGHT (war, bombs, missiles, drones, guns, etc.) must change to a philosophy of The Means is the Key to the end Result! Think of this for a few minutes! It may ring ‘true’! I am:

America needs to wake-up to this universal LAW!
