    Ross says one is be paying the same price as last yr for a condo, let’s say, but it will be a better unit. In my area of the Lowermainland BC condos in my price range, 200/300 are now up in the 300/400 for the same, mostly, older condos. Is Ross only referring to very newly built? Thanks Jim
